The General Conditions of Sale, Delivery, Use and Warranty
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Pay Me Now Paris whose registered office is located in Vigneux-sur-Seine, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of SARL Pay Me Now Prod under the number Siren 821 644 846 hereinafter referred to as "The Pay Me Now Paris shop" and managing the site paymenowparis.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website hereinafter referred to paymenowparis.com "the buyer".
Article 1. Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between The Pay Me Now Paris shop and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the paymenowparis.com website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Product Availability
The offers presented on the site are only valid within the limits of the stocks available at the time of placing the order. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be sent an unavailability email as soon as possible, informing him that he can order another product of equivalent quality and price or that he can request a refund of his order.
If the customer wishes to be reimbursed, the refund must be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of payment of the sums he has paid.

Pay Me Now Paris obtains all intellectual property rights and all necessary authorizations relating to the Products and the associated documentation and guarantees that the Products and the associated documentation do not constitute a violation of the intellectual property rights or any other rights belonging to a third party.

Article 2. Rates

Article 4. Order and terms of payment
Pay Me Now Paris offers the buyer to order and pay for his products in several steps, with 2 payment options to choose from:
No payment in cash or cheques can be sent.
- Secure payment via PayPal by credit card or PayPal account: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references ...), checks the delivery address or fills in a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: "Payment by PayPal account" or credit card via PayPal.
The next step offers him to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button "Confirm my order". Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface PayPal in order to securely fill in his account PayPal or personal credit card references. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by PayPal account or credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the card payment, the sums paid will then be recredited or returned. The holder of a credit card is not liable if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. These conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Paris (France). The Customer may, however, in the event of a complaint following an order, contact Pay Me Now Paris in advance to find an amicable solution.
Article 6. Retention of title
Pay Me Now Paris retains full ownership of the products sold until full receipt of the price, in principal, including fees and taxes.
Article 7. Retraction
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Article 8. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivered with signature. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. Pay Me Now Paris will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of his package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered at the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave our premises.
Pay Me Now Paris undertakes to ensure that the Products delivered comply in all respects with the Order, the rules of the art, the legal and regulatory obligations and the French and European standards in force.
Elsewhere, Pay Me Now Paris is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the Product.
Defects of conformity which appear within twenty-four months of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The packaging, loading and cushioning for the transport of the Products as well as the unloading at the place of delivery, other than that defined by Pay Me Now Paris, will be carried out by the Customer at his expense and under his responsibility.
Pay Me Now Paris is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been charged to it or has been carried out under its responsibility.
Pay Me Now Paris will deliver the Products to the customer according to the terms defined in the corresponding orders and on the date or within the period appearing in said orders.
The buyer is obliged to check in the presence of the employee of La Poste or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery rates are offered for Metropolitan France.

Delivery rates are in Euros (€) all taxes included VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Delivery times are fixed at the customer's place of residence.
For metropolitan France, it takes about 8 days after registration and payment of the order.
For abroad, it takes about 10 to 15 days after registration and payment of the order.
Article 9. Guarantee
All products supplied by Pay Me Now Paris benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to Pay Me Now Paris who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
The Customer acknowledges having been informed, even before the issuance of any Order and declares to know perfectly well the legal guarantees, which he benefits from automatically and without additional payment on the Products, namely:
· The legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code for Products apparently defective, damaged or damaged or not corresponding to the Order and allowing to obtain within two years of the delivery of the Product, free of charge, the repair or replacement of the Product.
· The legal guarantee of hidden defects provided for by the Civil Code, resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture affecting the delivered Product and making it unfit for use, under which the customer may request, within two years of the discovery of the defect, the total or partial refund of the Product that has proved unfit for its use.
In order to assert its rights, the Customer must inform the Seller, in writing, of the non-conformity of the Products within the deadlines referred to above and return the defective Products in the state in which they were received with all the elements, including accessories, packaging, and instructions.
The Seller will refund, replace or have repaired products or parts under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective. In case of delivery, the shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be refunded on presentation of supporting documents.
Refunds of Products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible following the finding by the Seller of the lack of conformity or hidden defect.
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the Product, use not in accordance with the instructions for use communicated by the Seller, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, such as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product or failure in the event of an accident.
The Seller's warranty is, in any case, limited to the replacement or refund of non-compliant or defective Products.

Article 10. Responsibility
Pay Me Now Paris in the process of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
